Cobb access port question

If the Cobb tuner already has a map installed on the car and I want to change it, do I have to uninstall it? When I select change map option it keeps erroring out. The instructions are clear on how to install the first map but not how to change maps.

Thanks

Have you connected the green connectors under the dash if doing a base map reflash? You do not have to unistall it, the next map will over write whatever is there.

Try a realtime flash and just remember to re-flash if the ECU looses power.

I have the test plugs in but it won't flash to the new map. I can view current map (stage 2 acn 91 LC) but not select a new one. I select a new map, select ok to flash, then it says unable to communicate with the vehicle, flash not complete. Any ideas?
