Clearbra and Tints?
I actually live in Sac, but travel to South City everyday for work. I'm not really finding anyone here in sac, so just want to check if you guys have anyone you recommend here in the Bay for window tint and clearbra. How much should I be expecting to pay for both? Thanks in advance.

yeah jeremy did mine. It's awesome. I got hit with a bunch of rocks. Didn't think it did anything to my car but I was looking at it last night. I have probably 10 really really small chips in my windshield and a few in the roof where it meets the windshield...one big one.
NOTHING on the front of my car.
For tints. Talk to Vince at Omega. He rips. He did all 7 of my windows and I'm stoked. Such a good job. I had to have 2 redone by someone else cause the windows got jacked up in an accident type of deal. I may take them back to Vince to get them redone by him.
Both Jeremy and Vince have great pricing as well.

Wow, sounds like Jeremy is the man for this. Fortunately, my neighbor had his 05 Z4 clearbra installed early this morning so I sat and watched two guys work on it. They installed the film on the bumper, entire hood, fenders, mirrors, headlights, and the whole two doors for $2300. He did the doors because of dings and scratches..........actually looks pretty nice and can't even tell the clearbra is on the door at all (the car's black too). These guys offered to put the clearbra on the entire car if he wanted! They showed us pictures and a video of an Enzo that had the entire car done!- One word for that car - Amazing!
Anyhoo, I'm going to have these guys do my clearbra and tint since they're mobile and the installation on my neighbor's car is flawless. Kill two birds w/ one stone. Save me a trip to two different shops and get a package discount - what a deal! They'll be by at two today to do the tint and clearbra.......can't wait.
I'm gonna have the front windshield tinted as well. I called around here in Sac, but nobody could do it......so it's my lucky day. These guys will be tinting it w/ Madico for all of the windows except windshield and V-Kool for the front windshield. Yeh, it's weird I'm mixing brands, but I've been pretty familiar w/ V-Kool's film quality.........too expensive to have it done on the entire car for me though..........already dishing out $900 for the day on the tints and bra.
I'll let you guys know how things turn out!
By the way, does anyone know of any company that carries Volk wheels in SF? or close by to the airport?, which is where I work. Can't find anyone in Sac. I'm looking at getting a set of LE37s.
Thanks again guys! This forum's rocks!

Wow, you guys are awesome! Thanks for all the help everybody!
The guys are done with the bra and finishing up on the windshield tint right now. All I can say is this stuff is awesome. I literally could barely tell it is there from two feet away. I could tell these guys are perfectionists themselves. I gotta lot of dog hair in my garage and some of floated onto the clearbra during installation, but they took their time to remove every single hair and dust in there. I see why the owners of $200k+ cars have them work on their babies. Now I feel special that my subby is getting the same treatment! lol
According to the film manufacturer called Venture Tape, the car cannot be washed or wet for another 2 wks. I though this kinda sucked for me as it's been raining on and off here in sac. These guys told me it won't be a problem bc they dried the film for me!
I'll see how this film works out, but so far I am very impressed with the results. For those searching for tints or bra, give the guys over at Premire or Premier a call - 510-390-6920.
Can our Brembos fit 18s? What's the deepest dish that could get onto our cars?

hmm. You created this post today asking where to get a clear bra put on, and then right after you posted your neighbor just "happened" to be having a clear bra put on his car today too, and the same guys did your car right afterwards and just "happened" to have a kit for an STI with them on a mobile install....
well that worked out pretty lucky for you I guess
