PA is funny though, they don't really care about the cars.

but, you can't even dryfire your paintball gun in your own damn backyard, they even tried to call it unlawful discharge of a firearm...

seriously... lol at that one.

I would say run a catted downpipe with something like a Borla Hush or Maddad whisper. Look stock and still sound good. They attract a lot less attention, and if you run E85, you are undoubtedly gonna pass any sniffer test they give you. Of course, you may find ******* cops who check for cats, in which case you'll be f'ed anyway since it's not the stock DP, but you shouldn't get pulled over if you aren't speeding.

People have a lot of trouble with this concept:
If an after-market drivetrain part does not have an CARB EO number, it's not legal
period, no debate

If it gets enforced or not is another matter; but that's the law

This is why I want to go get a cobb catted to match with my cobb cbe since I hate the catless car smell. When I put my cobb cbe, I noticed a little bit more exhaust smell than usual. It might have been me or something, but when other people have been in the garage while my car is on(garage door open obviously), they say it smells like more exhaust than usual. Oh and apparently catted cobb tbe has been able to pass both visual and sniffer in CA.

And if anyone is super paranoid, some aftermarket downpipes are able to fit inside the stock downpipe heatshield. Unbolt stock downpipe heatshield and bolt it on top of the aftermarket downpipe
