Carlsen Subaru Service Dept
I wanted to comment that I had a really good experiance with Carlsen's service dept today.
I took my Outback Sport in for some minor warranty work (clutch adjustment, rear hatch was rattling). They handled the car promptly, and were communicative during the whole process.
I know Carlsen has gotten a little bad press here of late, but I want to say that I am very happy with my experiance there
