car audio shop in south bay?
My setup is in dire need of a decent shop to troubleshoot some wiring problems!
I got a light flickering problem that I believe is due to the installation of a new HU in the car. I'm quite familiar with audio installs and I've tried to track down the problem, but I can't diagnose it.
I've had enough trying to figure out what the issue is, so now it's time to take it to a shop and let a pro do it. I do crack open the dash to dink around (which might be the larger problem), so I'm looking for a place that does more than specializing in iPod wire installs and will get the issue solved.
Anybody know of a good shop in the south bay area who would fit the bill?
TIA guys!!

thanks for the replies!
I'm mainly getting flickering in the alpine HU, but it also flickers the gagues and interior lights a bit too. I thought it was a grouding issue between the deck because I was using the ground in the wiring harness, but when I grounded it to the chassis, flickering didn't go away. I also threw in a capacitor and that had little effect on it. It seems only to be dependend on the volume on the HU and nothing else, so that's why I think it's some wiring issues there.
Thanks for the heads-up on that San Antionio shop. If its the one I'm thinking about near Charleston and San Antonio, I work right by it and was thinking about checking them out...I'll keep looking I guess.

UPDATE:
I took my car into Digital City today(thanks Gibz). Flickering problem I'd say is 90% fixed by throwing in a larger, 5F capacitor.
I am appreciative that they essentially fixed the issue (there is still a bit of flicker when volume is at max on a heavy hitting song), but I got suckered into paying full retail for the cap $400 on top of labor for it. It's a very nice cap (Alumapro 'The C.A.P.' 5-farad), but I dunno if it's worth going back.
Tom said it took about 4 hours to clean up the wires, diagnose and install the cap. He only charged me for 1.5hours of labor, so I guess I can consider it a wash...
Still kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth...
I guess you live and learn, eh?

I'm not running anything amazing...probably about 800W rms off of a 5-channel amp.
I think that a HO alternator would have been a better idea. I understand the concept of an additional battery, I'm not too familiar with it personally.
