Cantonese speakers: need name of certain chinese dish

Basically its Beef Brisket Noodle soup with beef tendon. When i go to places i know have it but have those mostly chinese menus, some of the servers give me a clueless look if i try to describe it in english. Can anyone help a non-canto speaking brotha out?

or... just look for this on the menu... 牛肉(牛筋)麵 in parenthesis is the tendon part... usually it's not on the menu...

Just swing your hands above your head like a monkey and say "cing chong ching"... that should sum it up for them.
