Cannot get my 4th defi gauge to light up?

I have the triple pod on the dash with the contol unit. They light up just fine. When I added a 4th gauge I noticed that depending on which port I was plugged into either meter 1 or meter 2 only that gauge or gauges worked when plugged into the meter 1. Why doesn't the 4th gauge light up when all 4guages are connected and I am using both meter ports? Post picks/videos if you have any know how on this. I am also going to be hooking up a 5th gauge soon as well.

It's because the other meter 1 or 2 is for a different type of gauge. If you turn your head lights on it will light up. mine does the same. If you find out different let me know..

I'm guessing the bf link series gauge? If that's the case you need to only use meter ouput 2 or they won't run right because meter ouput 1 is for the older versions gauges if my memory serves me right. Daisy chain all the gauges together to run one long daisy chain wire(comes with the control unit but you will need 2 of these or simply just cut/solder one of the smaller daisy chain wires and extend it if you plan to run that many gauges) to control unit output 2. Also double check all your connections and where you tapped your powers too. Take it easy.

Regards,

Ron

Old pictures Derek but it brings back memories when I use too prowl the streets doing my search and destroy missions. Had also a kiddy gameboy advance display as a gauge setup to monitor which gear I'm in like the those sequential dog box trans
