i quit once for a few months, but i didn't see any health benefits from it so i started drinking it again

I stopped for a month and noticed no difference so I said forget it. Maybe drinking just 1 can per day isn't that significant enough.

Drink only diet. In college I was up to 5-6 cans per day...one day I realized that was pushing 1000 extra calories I stopped that day. I still drink all sorts of caffeinated diet soda though...it's pretty scary.

I hope nutrasweet doesn't cause too much cancer because I'm facked! lol
