Can anyone inspect a car for me in South Bay?
I'm buying a '98 RS in San Jose (though he's apparently in Mutant View a fair bit), and I'm trying to find someone who can look over it, take it for a quick test drive, etc before I fly out there.
Basically just want to make sure there's nothing more than expected chips and minor door dings, that the clutch works (though it apparently has a bit of shudder), drives straight, no head gasket leak, etc.
I'll buy whoever does it lunch

the dealer (non suby) i work at here in fairfield does whats called a safety inspection, to make sure the car is safe, and to inspect for anything that needs to be fixed. i dont know if other dealers do this.
