i've tested it out on another laptop already, but same result, cuts out after 4-4.5k rpm's.
so i want to log another car with my laptop and OP.
if it cuts out then at less i know it should be in OP then.
but i could be wrong. but its a process of elimination for me atm.

Like others said, go to a large meet and meet some people and ask folks there if you can run a quick test.
The reason you're not getting hits is because you're new here and people here are a little paranoid with their cars because they are our children (well, almost)... People would trust you more if they knew you in real life.
It's tough to let some stranger have access to the core of your car, know what I mean?

im not using ecuflash, so i cant read/edit your rom.
im using romraider to log, thats it.
im not driving your vehicle, just need of your time.
i understand for your safty and all.
and no offense taken its understandable.

I think people are being big sissys. Keep in mind people that the flash jumper block has to be connected AND the green connectors have to be connected to flash the ECU. At most the ROM could be read.
Anyways...
If you find yourself in San Mateo around lunch time during the week or after 5pm shoot me a PM and we ca do some data logging. I have an 04 WRX with a romraider/ecuedit flash.
