I really think if Cal wanted to lower smog.. Start enforcing the "Failure to yield to faster moving traffic" law.

Everyone that gets in a lane and goes slower causes traffic and causes more pollution. If the CHP started enforcing that over this F&F ****.. We would see reductions in pollution, fuel use, and over all traffic.

Tougher liscensing laws would help as well as better timing on traffic lights. If the flow of traffic keeps going less gas is used thus there are less emissions. But that just makes too much sense.

If this passes, will they ban black people?

Black people are darker than their lighter cousins, thus in hot weather, they get hotter, which means they pant more, thus producing more CO2.

Not to mention that they consume more water/liquid, which reasults in more urine, causing more demand of treatment plants, which consume more electricity, whi....

...politics hurt my head.

usa farts out 6,000,000 tonnes of co2 from fossil fuel annually, changing paint will cut it by 800,000. thats like what, 13% decrease from just paint? really? i smell exaggeration.

that's just wrong anyway you read it. If this passes then I say everyone should repaint their cars black since the older vehicles wont be affect by this law
