The fish died from lack of oxygen. Scientists don't know what caused the fish to swim into the harbor and use up all the oxygen (a milliion fish use a lot of oxygen).

Either the neurotoxin confused them and drove them into the harbor or the magnetic field changed and drove them off course. Both are good theories.

i have one enduro and 3 atvs that will go anywere. once i make it to my parents the atv will be the sole form of transportation. that is until things got corrected. they run on crap fuel, can haul/tow 1500lbs. have a winch, lights and 4wd. plus having mutiples of the same model allows for easy repairs/maint. ive also been working on a bipod/sling/mount for the shot gun and AR.

thats no joke. on the property we have 2 tankers( AG diesel) and (gas blend-91 and 89 mixed)
we should be set to say the least. the house has a propane back up generator,2 extra propane tanks(big fkers)
people can talk all they want but it really doesnt matter. people need to stop worrying about the "what ifs" and have a plan for "when" it happens. i can grab my bag, guns, dogs and 2 pre-prepared pelican cases and be driving in 3 min.

This is a pretty neat article on Japan's early earthquake detection system. It explains how people in Tokyo knew an earthquake was coming over a minute before the shaking there began.

The only thing I can say if the ***t does go down, make sure you have some way to protect yourself and your family! You are going to see some idiots out running around and taking whatever they can so make sure to be ready to protect what is yours by any means!!!
