What energy problem??

Are you running out of natural gas or electricity?

Are the prices of those two extremely high?

Nope, and Nope.

Gasoline is different and crude oil is as well, but hardly an energy crisis like back with Davis vs Enron.

As far as I know, they with hold pay every year the budget is late. That is why my neighbors that work for the state take out short term loans every year.

talk out of your *** much?

I'd like you to go on with some factumacations behind it.

I don't agree with everything he's doing but he was brought in to fix the **** hole budget davis helped us in to. We honestly won't know how well he's done for a while. I can say that my pg&e bill is less than half of what it was when dear old davis was in office.

people like to hate on arni because its easy to do. Yes he's cut places I wish he wouldn't but once the budget is balanced things will go the other way. Same thing you'd have to do with your personal budget. Have to cut everywhere until you find the leak. Repair the leak. Get balanced then make educated choices on where funds go.

I came from the East coast and hadn't heard about Bubb Rubb till last month and now I can't stop watching that frickin video. Get your fill: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccgXjA2BLEY

Regarding the debate here: yes, this proposal sounds stupid. But as a cyclist (for commuting and sport) I can say that you can't hear hybrids (in electric mode) or electric cars coming up behind you on the road. Yes, I always look before turning, etc, but if a 2 ton vehicle is sharing the road with pedestrians and cyclists, logic says that it needs to be audible.

hehe. Prius's might be more environmentally friendly, but our Evos/Subys are much more blind people friendly. In the end, aren't we all just trying to save some human lives?
