I'm so going to hell (if I believed in that sort of thing anyway), but after I watched it the first time through, a sudden realization that the black van that "runs" from the bus is in fact quite funny when Benny Hill's theme is played over it. Aside from that, horrible accident, and it's scary when you realize how many taxi, bus, commercial passenger jet operators are all probably seriously lacking in sleep, or a combination of that and methamphetamines.

Umm... Could it be a JDM bus and the accelerator got stuck? (seems to be a trend)
That is pretty intense, really shows how much carnage a big vehicle can induce.
EDIT: This happened in Taiwan. Eh, close enough. Could still be a Japanese bus.

Was almost an occupant in a bus that did the same thing in Egypt. Went from 70 to zero by slamming on brakes and swerving at a police checkpoint. Got in the dirt bus went sideways and almost flipped.
