Dayamn!,
1WRX2NV came over last night so we could swap out his coil overs.
The operation went anything buy smoothly!
We broke a Craftsman socket, a Kragen extention, a made in China socket, a Quicksilver wristwatch, peeled the skin off of my calf, smashed my fingers, and smashed Freddies fingers too!
What should have taken no more than a couple of hours ended up taking like 5+!
I have had alot of things that did not go right while working on a car, but last night...dude...it just takes the cake!
I am pleased to say that when we finally finnished (Around 12:30 AM) his coil overs seemed to be functioning perfectly!
It was alot of fun! Freddies car is damn freekn' fast!

Hahahaha
I'm a big fan of Dreamlot now... a proper lift + air tools + plenty of light = no broken people! Of course... an install isn't official if there hasn't been at least one minor scrape or bruise (but nothing more than that please).

The reason that it took so long was because "somebody" overtorqued his bolts on the front drivers sice hub assembly. My gawd they were overtorqued. The bolt was so close to stripping that it wasn't funny. It literally split two sockets!
If we had some air tools, then it would have been better. We weren't exactly working at a grueling pace either.

I am not going stage 3 now....it will cost too much in gas. It would be nice to claim 500 hp....but it will be a hella expensive "bragging right". hahaha
