What?!?!?! You're either training for the Spartan only Ironman or trying to destroy your kidneys. What for? I eat really well and don't come even close to that.

Um, why?

There is actually a new study that my boss (who has Type II diabetes) told me (who has Type I diabetes) about that shows a correlation between too much protein and Type II diabetes. I said "That's ok, thats the one condition I can't get " but perhaps it's something you should look into

A Spam and peanut butter sandwich. Use Wonder Bread,Skippy on each slice, and a thick slab of Spam with Heinz ketchup on each side. If you feel gourmet, add a layer of Cheese Whiz.

I feel sorry for you when you're sitting on the ****ter trying to drop a deuce.

BTW, your body can only digest about 35-40g of protein at a time. So if you're eating 80g of protein per sitting, 50% of that is going to waste...

I grew up eating fried calf brains--a dish that my mother brought with her from Argentina--so now almost anything tastes wonderful.

Yeah, I actually heard between 25-30 grams but I am sure its a finite amount far less than 300 grams.
