Everything took place in China, plus Alex Conklin was still alive (in the book). <---Not a spoiler since the first movie they killed him off.
Other than that, most of the stuff seemed realistic compared to other types of movies where the spy/hero seemed superhuman. Some parts u swear he was going to get caught but he manages to pull it out somehow.

exactly I really wanted to see the movie similar to the book, but nevertheless their version was good. Did u read the Bourne Supremacy? I'm about to find and read the Bourne Ultimatum and the Bourne Legacy.

I actually just started the Bourne Ultimatum! So yup, I read the bourne supremecy, very excellent, from the advertisements, I can't see how the movie could be like the book, which it probably isn't. I love that sereis, hell, all the books by Robert Ludlum seem pretty good. Well, the Janson Directive was pretty good which is the only other one I've read. I actualy like them better than TOM CLANCY's. If the movie was like the book it'd of been the best movie ever!!!! but alas, it would've been very diffeicult and they'd have failed, so maybe its better this way! Acan't wait to see supremecy and then the bourne ultimatum!
Anyone know when the Bourne Ultimatum'l come out???

MD commited to the 3rd one...
the BI dvd came with a freebie movie tix so i picked that up and went and saw it.
other than the shaky cam technique, i liked the movie.
of course, having julia stiles was a bonus...
nice gun ****... especially the german cops with the G36...
i always wondered why JB never wore any disguises... i made him stand out like a white man in... well.. india... (if you watched the movie, you'd get it...)
on the gun forum where i gave my initial review, i gave it 8 out of ten ammo in the magazine...

Yep same here. bought the dvd to get the ticket
The shaky cam was also a downside. When Bourne was fighting the other spy (in the house that blew up) it sucked because the camera was shaking a lot and it was zoomed up too close.
In the book, Bourne wore a lot of disguises. He even disguised himself as an old, drunken Chinese man!
