Bought an 02 Wagon had some questions...

Hi guys, I just bought my 02 Black Wagon and I love it. I had a couple of questions for those who know.

1. The exhaust is straight piped, 3'' pipe from the engine all the way to the borla mufler. So essentially Borla Catback to a 3'' pipe. What stock parts do I need to return it stock, starting at the exhaust manifold to the cat? ...and anyone got these parts?

2. Radio buttons don't light up. Is this normal? How do I fix it?

3. If you take your suby in, where do you get your work done?

Thanks for your time, hope to see you guys out on the road!

1. From the engine back? I guess you need headers, up-pipe, downpipe.

2. Is this the stock radio? Could be a loose wire in the back on the wiring harness or he didn't hook it up right.

3. A lot of places around bay area. Depends on where you are.
Santa Cruz Subaru
MPJ Performance (Hayward)
Gruppe-S (Hayward)
Auto HQ (Redwood City)
LIC Motorsports (Novato)
Just a small list.

Take it to AutoHeadquarter in Redwood City. Kevin'll fix all of your stuff.

I may have a stock downpipe for sale.

Thanks fellas. I'll post some pics soon.

HomerJay, yes it is the stock head unit.

TurnWRX, if you have a stock downpipe let me know, I'll take it off your hands.

Anyone else have any parts I could use: o2 sensor, up pipe, etc.

Thanks again

what kind of wheels are those? they look like they stick out a bit.

curious, why go back to stock? your warranty is over and it's already smogged.

The previous owner probably had an aftermarket unit in the and threw the stock unit back in. The stock unit has an additional wire that ties it to the stock dimmer switch for the dash. Hopefully he didn't fry it by leaving it loose.

After taking a look at your engine bay, your straightpipe is essentially a catless downpipe. I don't think you have to worry about headers.

All u need now is a stock uppipe. Just post a thread in the classifieds section and ask for one. Somebody should have one for sale.
