Subaru does not have a luxury sedan though... I bet you will fall in love with that car once its running properly lol. I think there are also ECU flashes that make those cars hella fast.

I would consider this an EXTREMELY isolated incident and not something to hold against the company. Still sucks though. The interesting part will be seeing how the company handles it.
When I bought my car there was a 3 day satisfaction guarantee. Anything like that with the bimmer?

That's a bummer. One thing I have sort of noticed between my friends bimmers and my old m3 is that usually the things that break are inconvenient, but don't necessarily render the car un-driveable. I guess this case doesn't really fit my observation though huh?

LOL my sister bought a 328i on friday and the next day the check engine light comes on and reads that the brake pad is wearing. There are way too many sensors on the damn car

Now see, if you had bought an lexus instead of a a pile of BMW crap, you would never have broken down.
LOL why, so it can break down in half a hour instead of a hour? MB has the worst track record of all the "high end sport/luxury" cars out there. (*note* anything made after about 1992, pre that they were fantastic cars)

wow sucks being only an hour old. I know the feeling we had a benz that was in the shop monthly and when the motor blew at 2400 miles we did the lemon law on it and won. I asked our lemon law lawyer what kind of cars they see and it was a 50/50 split between mercedes and bmw. Good luck with everything!!

And in my MB purchasing history, anytime something went wrong, they went out of their way to fix it and they even once replace my car with a new one after 7 months of driving it.
