You guys do realize that none of us have any idea of what the real story was. So before the Punisher's Cousin comes out of the wood works and bashes the next blue WRX he sees, at least wait for more info before this turns into a witch hunt.

Are you f'ing kidding me? I think I nearly hit that guy on Black Rd on Wenesday or Thursday night, I was going down, he was speeding as he was going up right in the middle of the road, I had to pull off to the side. It may have been a different one, but it was a blue bugeye with a bald white driver for sure....

What side were you hit on? BenSti up there called me after seeing a stock looking blue bugeye with a Caucasian driver looking in his 30 with a bald head. Scratches on the driver side. Contact him for more information?

He needs to get the full sized image from the photographer, not the downsized and uploaded one, might be enough to see better.

I talked to Kelly yesterday and sent him the picture of the car including he plate number. I am not going to post if on here simply because if it turns out not to be the guy, I don't want this guy getting harassed for it.
Hope it leads somewhere, would be nice to get the guy.
