Black Friday Tips????

My advice, don't bother. I've been going and waiting in line overnight for the last 4 years. The deals last year were crap. Most places were listing things as "BLACK FRIDAY ONLY!" deals when in reality they were full price... Heck, at Best Buy I saw some of the flash memory cards (xd card, micro sd card, etc.) marked higher than normal. WTF!
I suggest doing your shopping at home unless you really need to. "s.l.i.c.k.d.e.a.l.s. dot net" (remove the .'s) is a great place to find deals and they update constantly throughout the day. Good luck.

If you want to shop on Black Friday, IMHO there is only one way to do it.
step one -- scour the internet for all the Black Friday deals everywhere
step two -- pick ONE item you want
step three -- start lining up for that item 10pm Thanksgiving (at the latest)
step four -- RUN to that item, purchase it, and go home.
There are only good deals on very few items and that's all that's worth shopping for on Black Friday. Find the one item you want, camp out, get in, out and take a nap.
If you're later than ~10th in the door, any of the real deals that are worth shopping on Black Friday for will be gone by the time you get to the item. Lining up at 3am is pointless, may as well show up at 9 or 10am if you're gonna do that. My opinion anyway. Anything still there by the time a dozen people have their pick is something you'll be able to find at a decent price next week and the week after.

yea, seriously you can only do ONE item, unless ur on some phone call with ur wife or somethin haha, but you wouldn't want ur woman to get trampled on, so you'd probably just stick it yourself. Just hope that the item isn't already out.
