Thumbs down Black & Decker 1550psi Electric Pressure Washer Fail

Went to Sears today to get me an electric pressure washer to wash my car and I took it home and hooked it up and it didn't work

Ugh now I gotta go back tomorrow to exchange it. Are there any other places that sell good electric pressure washers? Home Depot? Orchard?

My friend did that to my side molding on my Civic. Not only did it take off the paint, but it made a cut about a 1/4 inch deep into the side of it

Electric power washers tend to suck. Might as well spend a few extra bucks and get a gas powered.

I used the craftsman pressure washer. It was only 1800 PSI but it worked for 10 hours strait!

The only problem with the gas powered pressure washers is that they tend to be a bit on the loud side and my neighbors are annoyed of me enough as it is

I found an AR Blue electric pressure washer at my local ACE and I'll see how long that last me. If it blows, I guess I'll just grab a gas powered one and **** off the neighbors. Thanks.

my buddy has a cheap electric pressure washer and it works fine for washing a car. I don't think you need that high of pressure to wash a car. I have used his cheap one to wash my; car; deck; sidewalk; house; other car; bike; tree house; friends driveway; other other car and a lot more. I think it is only about 1200 psi and it works fine for what I ask it to do.
