That crap happens out there. My buddy got a ticket for public display of affection. It's a little law they like to use against the gays out there in Dallas from time to time.

They'll kick in the doors of a local gay bar and write everyone tickets.

I really don't feel bad at all. He was being a punk from the beginning. Although I didn't know obstructing license plate was an arrest worthy offense.

 

This is messed up, but not someone on a bike giving the cop attitude. Although he was doing NOTHING wrong.. He didn't have to have an attitude and escalate the problem.

 

He did come across as a D-Bag and yea imagine getting stopped in Fremont and getting arrested for no front plate lol.

Yeah, good comparison. Cop could've said something like, I thought he was running that's why I arrested him. When I get pulled over I immediately put my blinker on and do it. I don't cruise and angrily gesture at cops.... haha. But the cop was on a MAJOR power trip.

NP, after seeing both videos, its still a reach to pull over that guy just for his plate. And there's no telling if that cop dash cam from before the arrest was the same group or not. Either way the bikers in that dash cam were idiots for cutting off and brake checking that cop...

After having lived in Dallas for 4 years its really ridiculous some of the things you see.

Granted, there are tons of places in Dallas way worse than any of the worst places in San Jose, and the people there are a complete waste of life.
