Bike Stolen!!!

For the second time now my bike has been stolen. This time it was chained and covered but they still managed to steal it. If you guys can keep an eye out for me I would appreciate it. Bike was stolen in Milpitas. Here are some specs on it.

2003 Kawi ZX6R
VIN# JKBZXJB193A011503 Lic# 16S9687
Very Rare Full OPP Carbon Fiber Fairings (Rash on exhaust side)
Very Rare Shorty Pinebox custom exhaust (Super Loud Exhaust)

That sucks.

Unfortunately those things get turned in to parts quicker than cars do. Good luck. I'd keep an eye out for the CF stuff. It'll be the easiest to spot.

How did they get that thing unlocked? Seems like it would not be too easy of a thing to do. I have use a 1" thick Kryponite Lock for my Mountain Bikes, sucks to hear about your loss. I remember when my friend had his 04 Red R1 stolen from the front of his house. It was right after a stunt session too, he was letting it cool off in his driveway, I was on my way home to upload the vid when I got a call from him. "Dude are you playing with me?" Uhh no, wdf? "Dude my bike is missing!" I live 3 minutes from him and I turned back around and sure enough it was gone in the matter of 2 minutes of him being in his house and me on my way home

Hope your insurance covers it, makes me mad to see people doing ish like that.

It was in a parking complex at my condo in Milpitas. Unfortunately we don't have cameras. I have no idea how they got the chain off since the whole chain and my stand is gone. Only collision coverage because insurance premiums are so damn high from all the fraudulent claims people do just so they can get new parts for their bike.

Sorry to hear man,but I have a feeling those carbon fairings will turn up for sale somewhere thieves usually aren't that bright.I'm sure you did not have a choice but that bike should not be kept out side.Hope you get your bike back or cash out.

Was is chained to anything else? Maybe it was 3 big dudes and just picked it up and put it in the back of a truck chain stand and all?

I always wondered what stopped people from stealing bikes since you'd only need 3-4 guys to pick it up and haul it onto a truck or something.

Everyone should be on high alert for thieves. If you got something that can be easily stolen.. now's the time to store it or get better security.

Took me about 30 seconds to pop a krypto lock.

Chain looped through the subframe, rear tire and lift. I know for a fact it wasn't driven away since the battery was dead.
