So when I create threads about work I have done to my car, or about trying to learn about something dealing with our cars, and the "XLL crew" comes in with insults, that is me "liking to start ****"?

Um Ok.

You say the part is in perfect shape, it arrives bent, he leaves you negative feedback.

This thread should be titled "beware of dealing selling/trading with STiYLIN" because you obviously don't know how to properly ship parts.
He made a mistake sending it in an envelope... fine.... did he or did he not say he would have offered to fix/replace it?? exactly.... now please /mob, it's retarded

How about discreetly take it up with the admins and work on how to fix the negative feedback first before coming on here and posting this thread in retaliation when it would have been more of a convenience to just return the negative feedback to mot. Do you honestly think Stiylin is justified in posting this thread in this fashion? Instead, he publicly denounced someone's character.

lol, its not to save face, its to start drama as usual

he still has a good feedback rating, no one is going to not buy a part from him because of it

Tom clearly stated what the issue was in the feedback

any normal person who is considering buying something from stiylin is just going to say "please be sure to pack it in a box"

its not gonna cost him a sale

I think it's unfair that he would just post something like that...
I'm not really talking about this thread as much of the mob mentality against him in general. I'm just saying if this thread was made by anyone else it wouldn't be going anywhere NEAR the same path

yeh, but then again you've also gotta consider the fact that he's personally threatening people with harm outside of the board, and when you do that...you invite the mob on yourself...I know cuz that's the same **** I did with SRIC (not with physical harm though), I can't even post there now without all 587 of the mods talken ish...

TTIWWOP from both parties! Shipping companies don't give a crap about their packages and what they ship. Shipping always has a HIGH possibility of getting lost or damaged. A box doesn't mean it won't get broken or bent. If you were shipping a $15 POS would you put insurance on it? Boxes also have a higher price for shipping, if he asked for $3 shipping obviously it wouldn't be in a box unless the seller has a hookup through the shipping company. Since the purchaser asked AFTER he paid, would he be willing to pay extra for the box due to increased shipping costs? Probably not, because they always bring up **** along the lines of it was a deal and he already paid.

Like all you bandwagon hoppers say with vendors, CONTACT them first and see if they'll fix it before doing anything else. From what I've seen, the purchaser did NOT do that before becoming childish and making the seller not want to deal with him.

I agree this would have been the better approach, like said above i'm more commenting on the mob attacking him again... like always.. like every time he posts

Don't poke people with a stick if you don't plan on getting hit from a branch

Oh you get it. You know exactly why I have issue with you. I just chose not to share it with everyone and **** about it. I just don't continue it or need to talk crap to you. If I don't like someone or have a problem with them I just let them be. Unlike a lot of other 21-22 yr olds in the BAIC.

I appreciate it but don't make yourself a target/enemy on my behalf. I am ok with it all and actually laugh about it.

Care to place some money on that claim? We can totally do this. No one has ever been able to knock me out let alone make me cry. So I need to meet the man that can!

STYLIN PAID $5.25 for the package right?

which means he sent via USPS Priority

Which means its a flat rate up to 1 lb...even if it was 2 lbs it would be like $0.10 more since its in CA.

the box is free for priority mail

it would make no difference, so why not keep a customer happy and send them the package the way they requested it?
