It was not a part of the agreed upon deal. We made arrangements and he paid me. He asked me after the fact. At the point it was up to my discretion.
The replies here and who they are by are not surpising to me to say the least.
If you can see that I sent him what I agreed upon, when I agreed upon sending it, how we agreed upon sending it, then I don't know what else to say other than this has become a "popularity" contest with you folks.
The feedback system is to let other members know when someone is shady or sends stuff that is broken. This was not the case and is why in my eyes, abusing the feedback system to retaliate against someone a group of people do not like.

bottom line....it's the sellers responsibility to provide said part in condition agreed upon. Whether it's $15 or $1500. You should ship said product in a way that it's protected. If it gets broken then it's your fault not his...
You guys agreed upon a perfect condition part. You shipped it in an envelope. it got bent. Not a big deal but still not perfect condition. had you shipped it in a box it would not have been bent.
I guarantee that if you didn't freak out when he asked if you shipped his stuff he wouldn't have given negative feedback.
You are oversensitive.
plus I don't get how you are so proud that you didn't stoop to his level by giving him negative feedback.....so instead you do it like this.

This statement shows your intentions clearly. You would have said the unit was damaged when you left me feedback, no after the fact you are making stuff up. Also a bent mount does effect the workings of the unit at all. Where it was mounted the installed bent that unit so it would clear other pieces. If anything was damaged I would have replaced it and taken care of it. You never gave me that option. Whatever though, I said what I needed to hear and I can move on.

Ok I can agree there. My point is to me it's an obviously retaliation and I would bet $100 if I boxed the unit in Ti the feedback would have remained the same. I don't need justice here, just needed to tell my story
You have dealt with me and while we don't get along you know I communicated with you promptly and did as I said I would. That is what online selling is all about, you getting what you thought you bought in the cond. it was described in a reasonable amount of time. I do that with everyone I sell to. :RockOn - not mine:

I just don't understand why a negative feedback warrants this useless thread. Seems to me like Stiylin just likes to start ****. That's just my honest opinion.

I don't think boxing a part should've even been part of the questions. I think if you didn't want to box it, you should've replied to the PM and told him so, otherwise I would expect something I purchase to be properly packaged.
