Best Tuner in Bay Area? - Part II

I just called Gruppe-S and they told me that they aren't tuning cars anymore.

They couldn't tell me whether this was a short term or permanent change.

If anyone hears different, I'd love to know.

Word on the street is that pretty soon there will be a new, state of the art, tuning facility opening up with one of america's most talent tuners who will be tuning some of the highest horsepower subarus in the country..... Patience padwan and all will be revealed.

Damn it!!! I've been patient for years now. I can't wait any longer ... think my head's going to explode. AAHHHHH!!!

Seriously though, it didn't seem like folks really favored Gruppe-S over EQ, so I'm not sure if waiting is worth it. Thoughts?

Very much so. I agree that Ed does a good job but Mike's experience is part of what makes him so great.
