Pink Godzilla is good along with Rumblefish on Scotts Valley Drive, or Yamamori which is down the street
Rumblefish staff are friendly since its a smaller building

tomisushi next to mitsuwa in san jose. consistently great sushi. they have really good gyu-tan (not sushi). i've never been, but sushi tomi in mountain view is their sister store so they should be good too.
sushi maru in downtown sj or the one in milpitas are also decent. a little more affordable. they have sushi boats, but just order straight from the sushi chefs. i think they are also related to tomisushi/sushi tomi.
sushi kuni in cupertino is also pretty good, but they can get busy.
these are places for sushi, not rolls. they are japanese owned.

yeah, one of the better places for sushi and it's close by for me too.
slightly off topic, but also in Mountain View:
like Shabuway for the meat, damn the first bite of the beef is so damn tasty...
and Maruichi Ramen too, for their Kuro Ramen, with a side of Negi-Toro *BLAM* I'm done for the nite...

man, this thread exploded. I guess we have a lot of sushi lovers here on BAIC. I decide to go to sato, got it to go. The cherry blossom is awesome. Other than that, the other stuff is a little above mediocre.
