Sitting in my car on the north side of downtown San Jose on Julian/Market between 1:00pm and 1:30pm.

Silver bugeye with exhaust. Slammed. Stock wheels.

Blue GR with exhaust. No taillight overlays.

Silver peanut eye STi. Black wheels and loud exhaust. Goss408, it could have been your twin, man!

this morning around 845 am...turning right onto El Camino from Hull Dr in San Carlos (on my way to McDs)

2014? WRB Hatch on El Camino...as I was leaving McDs, saw his car parked in the back as I drove by Les Schwab Tire Center.

Not sure. The wheels were black though. I think it had some white decals on the back window. It was around 1pm or so.
