02-05 Wrb WRX sedan at Alameda Naval base around 7:30pm. It was dark but noticed exhaust and gauges. I honked n threw up the peace

spotted two STI's on Hellyer earlier. Black hatch with rally armor mud flaps and some other mods, White Sedan with a FMIC, invidia exhaust and other mods lol

880 North around 8:30, saw a GSM hawkeye STi exiting Montague. Had an exhaust. Driver was a sunglassed white guy, short dark hair, smoking and wearing one of those high visability green safety vests. Pine tree air freshner hanging from the rear view mirror, some kind of license plate frame.
