Me and JOEBOBBUCKET took a few hours off and did them - easy as pie.
To go for the blacked out look you could get some OBP touch up paint (I got my Sedona from fastwrx.com) and rub off the backing to them to just have a chrome ring and stars.
If you wanted to completely remove the whole thing I suggest finding a good body shop that will plug up the 2 holes and call it a day haha.

07/30/09 - 1830 on 680 going to stockton. WRB bugeye on silver BBS' and a ti or purple exhaust... looked more purple. Driver was a while guy with a fro(no bs) My gf and I waved.

Silver debadged 2.5 rs earlier this afternoon drivng away from McCarthy ranch
Blue bugeye sedan with wheels and that's all I noticed on hope and Lafayette.
Black hawkeye wingless wrx or Sti with hids on also on Lafayette. The sun was blinding me but I still saw you and threw the V.

left santa cruz this afternoon at like two, saw a silver bugeye with fmic and a big wing (not sti) coming into sc on 17... i just got back into sc at like 1230am and saw him getting onto 17n haa

Spotted a WRB bugeye with "eyelids" and gold wheels parked at the furthest possible parking spot in Fremont Costco last night around 8pm. You probably work there?
And I keep seeing a WRB bugeye with gold tuner wheels that's parked near "A Sight for Sore Eyes" in the Fremont Hub. I'm guessing you work near that area too.

threw the V to a silver forester with wheels and yellow fogs and the driver just looked at me all weird. lol
