ATTN GST, LIC: Any interest in trying to swap this into my Subaru?
I know there have been a ton of engine swaps done with all kinds of Subaru's, but non have been done with a non subaru flat motor. There will be some of you die hard Subaru fans that will flame the **** out of me for even considering this, but I just think it would be to cool to pass up. What do you think about swapping in a small block custom made v8 in a Impreza plat form? v8 power, with the grip of AWD would make it unbeatable.
Here is a video of the custom v8 I'm considering to swap into my Subaru:

GST? LIC? What do you think?

Someone on Nabisco attempted putting a corvette drivetrain into a bug eye. Don't know if it was ever finished. I don't know if you could find an AWD Transmission that would bolt up to a v8(atleast one that would fit in a subaru). If you can do it, I think that would be badass.

Saw this a few days ago at Jalopnik. At first I thought you were being serious about swapping in a V8, which would be pretty awesome in it's own respects, and then I saw the link and was greatly saddened.
