I'm curious if anyone knows the name of the Louisiana-style/Cajun food truck that came to one of the SCCA autocrosses last year at Great America? Food price was steep, but with good reason: the damn food tastes orgasmic!

If you like Philipino food, there's the Wow Silog Truck. You can find out where they are everyday on Facebook.

Curry Up Now! is good.
Senior Sisig - I tried their sisig nachos.
Sam's Chowdermobile - company brought this in for free. Lobster roll was awesome, but damn... $16?!
Chairman Bao - good, but holy crap the lines are ridiculous. Not worth the 40min wait.

I heard the RoliRoti truck is good. Smells fantastic, but I haven't tried it. It's a giant rotisserie on wheels.

I read today that Off-the-Grid is expanding to San Mateo and East Bay.

ya, i went to it... was a clusterfck. layout was horrible. all the trucks were parked in a circle and the lines intersected like a maze. i will never go again unless they find a much larger location.
