Sounds like fun, I am in. what's there to organize? pick a spot center of the bay to meet, then set an end point of the cruise and mapquest. If you need help, take some suggestions from everyone. Anyone know of a big parking lot center of the bay for a good meet spot?

theres a huge parking lot in the marina in SF that we can all meet at (nice spot to snap some photos next to the water too) then drive down to burlingame to the go cart racing spot. I think its $50 to race.

let's do it. andy, i think we should go with your idea for simplicity.

meet at the marina lot, cruise down to burlingame, do go kart racer, and then maybe back to the city via 101S/92W/highway 1? there are a few twisties from half moon bay back up before you get dumped back onto 280N, could be fun.

i'll volunteer to plan it up since there seems to be a good bit of interest going on.

oh and next steps:

- i'll post here with 1 or 2 dates in the near future, just to get a feeler of who can go when

- unless opposed, we'll go with the route that i just posted, so i'll get the drive plan up and running.

@ work right now with a load to do, so i'll get back on tonight to make it so

IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE ABOVE IDEA, post now before i start planning.

the more people at the go kart racer, the better. I think we get cheaper prices and the track to ourselves. right on for planning this out chris...keep us updated
