Awesome! Unions fail again.
Why can't people (BART workers that voted to strike) be grateful to have a job these days and man up like the rest of us have to? Guess I'll be crashing on friends couches most of the week to avoid the gridlock between west coco county and santa clara county (880).

PERFECT! I think its great my dad worked for bart for 20+ years and he would be happy as hell right now if he was still alive!
... dont worry about it just like the last time the govonator will step in and issue acooling off period! he cant let bart strike there would be mass gridlock!

What we need is BART to not completely suck.
They need to start offering trains that run 24 hours a day. At a MINIMUM they should be running the trains until something like 3:00 AM. BART stops running at like Midnight, yet Bars close at 2:00 AM. Good Job BART for promoting Drunk Driving.
Why are our roads so congested .... because our local public transportation is completely sub-par.
Light Rail is a much better system anyways for the Bay Area. Heck they actually have designated spots on the trains to put your bikes. They don't have the dangerous electrified third rail and the trains typically are in much nicer condition and don't smell like urine.
