for real though:
dont stress the interview. just be yourself and dress a little preppy. try to make small talk, but dont sound like a jackass or tool.

First, the position in "non-sell", and it basically mean stock. You would be working for the "merchandise presentation" side of the store (the other side is "customer experience"). Anyways, for a summer job, they are just looking for spots to fill, so don't worry. Just answer as many questions as you can, and try not to be annyoing/weird. Although, the hiring manager at our store would always hire the worst and most annoying people, so if you're one of those, it may work in your favor. By the way, which store are you applying for?

If you have any other questions about the job, let me know. I'd be happy to answer them.
whereeed you go man. help meeee out =(

I can only offer general advice as far as group interviews. I never conducted any, so I can't tell you what specific questions are going to be asked. It really does also depend on who's doing the hiring, and for which store. Our store would even have associates help conduct interviews also. Just don't be too quiet, and try to answer as many questions as you can. The questions are pretty straight-forward, and anyone with half a brain should be able to answer them satisfactorily.

i must admit that i hated my job at Banana Republic. Then again, i only hated the last 4 months i worked there when one of my coworkers became a manager and went on a total power trip. after she became the manager, literally the whole stock team at our store quit
