I guess that's how democracy works, can't complain at that. Carry on.
Just like a class presidential campaign in high school. Unfortunately for those who care more about what cannot be seen on the outside, car shows are beauty contests, pics don't do cars justice when it comes to function.

Damn got some hating going on here. My car is pretty much "STi" spec except for the engine. Sry Ive only had my car for a year, but I think it's come pretty far in a year. I personally think danyocantdrift should be the bugeye rep for BAM. And STi is just another tuning company. Just because I like genuine parts you don't have to hate. If the US produced a Bugeye STI, I would have bought it.

Everyone got there own plan and there own way of what to do for there car. I don't have the money to dump into a car and wait weeks to months to get there car back. I'm a guy that got an 02 in 07 that tries to save up for a vf or even jdm parts that are hard to come by. This car is my daily driver and the only car I have. People mention democracy and high school campaigns well this show or whatever you guys want to call it should have had an upper class and lower class vote..

I bought it with an engine and transmission in it, if that's what you're asking. I've built 3 cars while putting myself through college, I know it's not easy building a car when you haven't won the lottery. I wasn't trying to hate on anyone was just confirming what (can't remember his screen name) asked.

Ok word. Yeah a shop hasn't even touched my car except for when I bought a AP and Adam from LIC installed it for me. Other than that, I put in all the work and for big projects I had the help of good friends. Me and BUG-I have done about anything you can think of project wise except for pulling the engine and rebuilding it. I hope some people can respect that, and I respect that in other member's cars, especially when you have a full time job and school like yourself. I'd love to do what Internationa B did and buy a jdm car and bring it over and swap everything cause that's the way to go with bugeyes, but the funds aren't there yet. But with a stage 2 RA geared bugeye, it makes plenty of power and is a blast to drive, and I'm happy with it.

choose some of the best cars, the finalists get chosen in person i believe, like last year right?

it would tough to have a show of this scale with like 100 cars to choose from.
