OK, since I can't remember my old screen name and promptly deleted the aforementioned dhramas from my memory banks, let me say 3 things.

1. IBTL

2. Can we go back on topicz and figure out what's up w/ Bay Area Meet 2013 already? I needs a spot to enter my full on Soccer Dad Stocker Forester.

3. If any volunteers are needed to try to get some Swag going let me know. Down to help with whatever sort of free time I got left these days.

Planning will officially begin in February. The guys that showed up big time last year will be the first guys contacted in regards to planning. The location will not be the same as it was last year. It will be moved. Beyond that, it'll still be the biggest subaru meet in the bay area and from what I understand the third biggest one in the country. With your help it'll be even better than last year.

It will once again be for a charity or an individual.

There will be awesome swag as I'll probably design it again. We'll do pre-orders only as this follow up order has turned in to a major PITA and is costing me a LOT of money as the price is double what my first order per unit cost was. I actually emailed the printer about 20 minutes ago.

Food will depend on where we end up as far as location. So don't get too excited yet. Stuff will start to get rolling in about 4-6 weeks.

No. We can possibly do Hammy once every few years but fact of the matter is that we're way too big. We filled every single spot they had available. If we did it there this year we will have to file a special event permit (different permit than we had last year) and will have to reserve the entire park. Couple million dollars in insurance... etc etc etc... Price will get pushed to high.

Plus we had vendor complaints as far as lack of phone and wifi go. Its tough to get these guys way up that hill and it's awesome they do it. I want them to be able to make a few bucks while they're there. So for the sake of the vendors alone I'd want to move it.

There is a chance that we'll put together a smaller run up there next year or to another location that I've been scouting but it won't be "hammy/bam" We're just too big.

I was just thinking that, one of the cooler spots a meet's been held at. Lends itself easily to this next part.

Yes, IMHO do Food Trucks b/c of the atmosphere they create when it's done right. DJ too if one's allowed.
LMK if ya want me to try to talk Masa into going, Mayo & Mustard Food Truck because it just so happens that this is my picture.

I also have a little bit of pull with a few others. As long as it's fun and they make some green they're stoked.

When organizing gets going, hit me up. If the location has cell service, I can set up a square register for shirts, sweatshirts, stickers, tickets, etc.

I set it up last year, but we couldn't get a signal.

I'm also down to help out as much as last year or more... As much as needed.
