I might be down, pending the exact wknd in Jan.
Also, how 'bout staying @The Block since it sounds like most folks are looking to have as much fun off the mtn & off the roads as they will on 'em?
Lastly, if your name gets put on the tentative list, you MUST do your part in appeasing the snow gods... wash ur car twice a week, snow dance nekkid in ur snow boots, sacrifice a virgin (or ravage one), etc.

Yeah... I 'member folks talking about The Block before, maybe in the rollcall thread, but it's not always like it is on the TV show they had.
I stayed toward the end of last season ($80 on Fri nite plus passes to the club @Mont Bleu, which we forgot in the room, so we just went to Vex). They are all about having a good time during your stay, but ya obviously still have to be respectful/mindful of other guests as well as the employees that stay there.

'Tis prolly cheaper getting a place that fits maybe a dozen or so heads. But as we're all relatively "strangers" amongst one another, the "all at one hotel" seems be the school of thought on this. Plus, this seems like it has the potential to blow up past 12 peeps, esp. inviting friends & family along.
Also, we don't have to worry about the security deposit, cleaning fee, linen fee, picking up keys, a buncha cars vying for a few parking spots, the list goes on & on...
