FYI, folks... the two spots we're looking into fr that site are only $30 a nite per person. I say "Not bad at all." The Stn House shouldn't come to much more than that either once the costs are averaged out.

Kyle, weren't you calling "floor" for $20 when the notion of $120+ a nite per room came up early on in this thread?

 

WE ARE STAYING AT THE STATION HOUSE INN

WE ARE GOING UP THERE ON FRI. JAN. 23 and COMING BACK MON. JAN. 26

THE MEET UP BEFORE WE HEAD UP THERE WILL BE IN TWO PLACES.

1) 2302 Monument Blvd, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. This is at Khol's if you guys were wondering. This will be the meet for everyone south and west bay and around concord area.

2) boardoholic will be have the meet near benicia area for the north bay peps.
Location not set yet.

Second location will be set this FRI. So will the times to meet up.

So hotel it is, which is a good thing b/c I just heard back fr the owners of ManzieLodge & MtnHome... unfortunately, they are booked. He said they get a lotta repeat customers. That's a good thing, too. Seems like a place to keep in mind for BIG trips in the future... i-club or otherwise.

Sorry, I didn't make it out to the CoCo meet. I'll be sure to make an appearnce once we really start rolling & get things dialed in for this trip.

For the NorthBay launchpoint, I was thinking we could meet up in Fairfield, instead of Vallejo/Benicia. That way there will be as little backtracking as possible for folks in the most upper reaches of the northern counties.

 

Gotta head up there on thursday not friday, $1 drinks at vex everyone knows this
