My last final this qrtr is on the 11th (hence, the whole "breaking the seal" on the 12th thing ), but I can make phone calls or write emails here & there til then if need be. I was actually thinking of initiating some contact myself, pending what the latest update re: Ken & Kirkwood was. So lemme know if you need some help w/ this part of the plan. And this applies to either you or 04SubieWRX.

do you honestly think that 50 of us are all gonna go to hotels come back and sleep. then go home and not raise a ruckus???? I'm not a gambler. Don't dig casinos. So I'll be more... restaurant, bars, hotel raising cane. Then all over again. Then go home. I'd get my *** kicked out for sure.
Seriously.
That's my concern. A regular hotel not really the place for that was my point.
Hell we had a car show over the summer and I think there were less than 15 of us in the hotel and we damn near got arrested and we were IN OUR ROOMS most of the time.
Every i-club drive I've ever gone on had an accident and those were in the dry. You're talking about 20 plus cars going to the SNOW here. The hotel parking lot will never be the same.
A cabin can be regulated and is more likely to be respected. Hotels are easy to excuse thrashing. A hotel that's set up to party is the same way.
just my thoughts.
But this is not my deal so party on fellas.

You need a confirmed number of heads. Without a group that's locked in stone I.E. Deposit. You're never going to get a group rate. You need a way for all confirmed head to pool their deposit. This would be one reservation for sum number of rooms and guests.

By "single," "double" & "triple," this refers to occupancy, right? Meaning that the Fri-Sat rate for 1 person would be $59/nt for the room; 2 people is $79/nt; and 3 people is $99/nt.
I was looking at the 3-nite package on their site... http://www.bluejaylodge.com/specialsspackages/. Though it includes lotsa extras & sounds like a deal, the prices listed in that table are per person. The rates you were quoted are per room, right? In comparing them, I guess we'd hafta to see if the special add-ons would really save us some dough, if we opted for the package. Note: It also says that any unused lift and meal tickets are REFUNDABLE!
