not gonna happen in the bay, maybe out there in the central cali, or other states. but i mean if you have money, nothing is impossible lol

True, you could buy a block, knock down all the houses except for your own and make it a track :P

theres land in the mtns 5-10 acres for $150-300K thats where my house will be built...actually it will be on stilts and my track will go under it haah.

it pisses me off to see all the open land that is wasted next to the freeways
