First run that LoanPro just got on course was a DNF. 2nd and 3rd runs counted, 4th run (41.0) was the one that didn't count since it was a, well, 4th run .
Lesson from this : when the car breaks BEFORE the starting lights, be sure you don't start the run if you want 3 runs that count Instead, call a mechanical (which you can do) and jump into another car for the run(s). Yeah, it sucks but the rules are rules (i.e. if the run starts, it counts) otherwise one would have definite incentive to "make" a mechanical (and get another run) if you screwed up after the start light.
In my case, the runs in the Acura were frustrating the first two. 3rd run I had a really good one going until I overcooked it....badly...into the sharp right turn at the far back end of the course. Still managed a 41.6, run would have been in the low 41.x or maybe even a high 40.9 if I hadn't screwed up that turn. DOH!
Civic project car showed some definite promise despite some issues (need more camber, need to actually align it)...getting within 1 second despite not really turning in at all wasn't bad

PS Irvin : when you actually took no runs that weren't a DNF in your car but rather took them all in the Civic (which is CSP legal), you shoulda had yourself reclassed as T2-CSP (at the event). The index would have moved you up into 4th in T2 (based on your 41.599 time) since CSP has an easier PAX number than SM.

Thanks Chief...realized that I actually rolled passed the lights...by gravity. As for reclass, maybe next time
* Tito (Redstar) replaced my left axle this afternoon and it should be ok to run on Sunday...

Sorry about that Gagan
On the Civic, you can tell from my runs and Charlie's runs in it that it wasn't turning like we expected from the cone carnage
