I love that rifle. I can hit 6 inch plates at up to 400 yards with the standard 8mm round and those beautiful iron sights. Unfortunately I live with a 4 year old and am not allowed to keep guns.

I'm itchin for a Grayman Merdeka right now

But I can't justify $300 on a knife I can't carry (an 8x3x.25" blade is too much even for me) ... it's basically a sharpened 1/4" thick steel billet

My EDC is a Sypderco Dragonfly Limited in White FRN. It's a small blade but that makes it lopro which is awesome. I can whip it out to open boxes/packaging in front of customers at ACE hardware and it doesn't spook people. I have been using it there for probly about 9months and no one has ever said anything. It took me a while to get to the point where I could get a real fast deployment, but with practice you can get it close to assisted opening speeds like its SOG counterpart the Flash 1.
