It's the first Bull Pup sniper rifle ever to be produced. Made by Walther, it was intended for the highest skilled snipers in Europe. Very few were ever produced.
The magazine loads in the rear of the rifle, which allows the bullet to chamber much further back allowing the rifle to have a VERY long barrel without being very big, much like conventional rifles. It will fit into a briefcase and can be easily concealed which makes it that much more deadly.
Oh, and it could take you out at almost a mile away.

And when you need to take down a helicopter, or shoot through a tank, this rifle will do just fine. (However, it is VERY large and VERY LOUD, unlike conventional sniper rifles)
