good to see some numbers from people... I wan to loose about 20lb myself... but being a freaking Asian, rice is my main diet. I am switching over to brown rice starting 1/2 and 1/2 and smaller portion. also starting with some home cardio exercise...

congrats Walter, i too have dropped some weight as well. im down to 210. i think the last time we talked to weighed 215ish.

10 more lbs and my goal is complete. going from 305 to 210... i cant be any more happier and healthier
