Ok... normally I wouldn't, but I think this time I really gotta vent! I know we're all getting OWNED by these freakin gas prices at unreasonable/uncompromising rates! From the news, it seems that those prices aren't dropping for a while considering summer is around the corner. Hence, all those hybrid car reports on the news lately.
Anyways, lets make this thread somewhat useful... anyone know where to get good quality, legitimate gas at cheap or reasonable prices? Like 91 octane without it being watered down or diluted or crap on a stick quality?
I think I'm willing to travel a bit farther just to get cheaper gas as long as it's more beneficial than pumping locally at krazy *** prices.
Also, my mom is thinking of buying a Toyota Prius hybrid. It might look like a freakin egg, but it gets hella MPG!
I know that the Toyota dealerships have them in backorder for like 6 months or something krazy like that. Just FYI, I saw like 10 Prius's today on the road just to tempt us even more. Is Arnold and the state government going to pass that carpool law with hybrids as well?
(My mom is biast against Hondas, she doesn't want a hybrid Civic nor an Insight)

Today's standards seems like everyone wants to go faster and faster and even the speed limits were raised ever since the 70s... also... people have been getting fatter.. that means more hauling *** from the car. Therefore, gas consumption is more huge than previous times. Times have changed... maybe if we drive very freakin slow with our cars.. we can get good MPG lol

(Light bulb turned on) We could have a Subaru Rally meet for it! Imagine the news, a bunch of Subarus on a vigilante mission on demands of cheaper gas prices.. I like it!
