haha.
Well you can either own a piece of history, or make your own 22B replica, nobody would know the difference lol
personally i'd rather go overseas to see one in person, check that off my "things to do in life" then come back to the USA, buy and RS and dump my money into that.

The 22B is one of the coolest cars ever built. Period. I wonder if Subaru still has one here... can't remember if it was shipped back or not. Luckily I've seen/ridden in it. Suckas!
#13 was the car SOA brought over. I wonder...

I think one would get this because it's one of the greatest subaru's evar.. Making a replica for the same price or less just wouldn't seem right.. How much do ye guys think it worth sell for over here? I would easily pay 40k for it, I am sure others would pay more!

Pastrana or Block would probably be your best bet...or some old guy with a crap load of money.
Maybe Leno would buy it from you under one condition: you get a 1:00 spot of tearing up the hollywood studio's fake streets they film on with people jumping out of the way lol.
or if Seinfeld buys it, you can say "i want the original Seinfeld crew to come back to the original Seinfeld street set, and stare at me as i pass by...then Jerry you have to chase Newman" lmao

Jerry's a Porsche guy. I'm guessing he couldn't give a s*it about a lowly Subaru lez-mobile
Making a replica definitely isn't the same. For one, the engine is almost impossible to replicate. Gagan's got the wide-body, which I'm jealous as hell of, so he's off to a good start.

Jerry Seinfeld mentioned "Impreza" in one of his shows while he was doing standup at the beginning. Something about giving cars names that have nothing to do with anything and don't tell you anything about the car.

Man, you can't even compare a 22B with an RB5... The RB5 had some minor changes like the color, interior, fog light covers, and ugly wheels... 22B had EVERYTHING changed for the better!
God, I remember seeing the 22B shortly after it came out back in 1999 and almost came all over myself. Its everything about the car, its history, and the fact that you one of 399 ever made and knowing that every Subie owner is going to drool over it!
