Anyone want to join me... TOUGH MUDDER Challenge
I don't have any hardcore friends willing to do this challenge with me. You can run this individually...but i think it would be more fun doing it with peers. Thought I come here and try. I really want to do this event and I really want to do it with some pretty athletic people... as I want to push myself and get a pretty decent time.

If only I wasn't coming off knee surgery i'd would have loved to do this. Although the pledge says you shouldn't be concerned with your time:
"I put teamwork and camaraderie before my course time"
good luck!

Deng, that looks awesome. I would totally be down for that, tho if you're competing for a good time I don't want to hold you back. I would go just to finish at a decent time and would probably try to start a separate team depending how quick you want to finish.
I got 2:40 at my first half marathon last Nov, and I'm really into sports. I would much rather do something like this than run mindlessly for 13 miles, the boredom hurt more than the physical pain.

oh def
Oh definitely... Sorry if i sounded like an arrogant *****..I would never leave a man behind and I'm definitely not worried about my time. I would just prefer our team to be taking this event seriously... as I want to push my body to limits I never thought possible...(hopefully they feel the same.) I don't want to be walking and downing beers on this event is what I'm saying. ( ill save that for bay2breakers lol)

I did the one at bear valley last year in October with my brother. It was one of the funnest things I've ever done! Having to dip under water that was around 40 degrees was intense!
We are doing the one in socal as well, and I plan on doing the one at squaw valley
It's a great event and the money is raised for the Wounded Warrior Project so it's going to a great cause!
