Anyone Powder Coat Rims?

do you guys know anyone that can strip the factory coat and powder coat rims? how much do you think it'll cost?

On that note...

anyone know who does powdercoating in general? We have some terribly road rashed Brembo (STi) brakes that need a good powdercoating.

They WERE. On Craigslist.

We picked them up for a pretty good price.

Now we need to sell the Prodrives and some really beat up Rota Downshifts, and get a set of SDR's so we can install the Brembos (after getting them powdercoated black).

The cheapest place is in San Leandro, I found it in the yellow pages...good group of guys.

before powdercoating any wheels read this thread. Everything you've wanted to know about powdercoating.

I've seen wheels break at the track due to improper powdercoating. Which leaves me to say, why take the risk?

I bought my tracked sub zeros and have beat the ish out of them since day one.
But I have no idea if they are "really" powder coated, the edges have chipped a bit from so many tires going on/off the rims.

Granted they do good work....they just charge too much since they have been around for for sooooo loooong!!!! besides those guys are really arrogant and stuck up like little *****es.
